The current state of Current State Maps can be improved. The swim lanes, squares, and diamonds tell us the ‘What’ and the ‘Who’ but what about the “How much?” or the “How long?” and the “How often?”

But there’s no good data? No worries! In this workshop, Brad Sollenberger will walk you through how to build an Operator Worksheet, deploy it to and engage front-line staff, and use the data collected to take your current state maps to the next level!
