Improve Employee Performance with Strengths

Date: May 17, 2019

Time: 1:00PM - 2:00 PM

Location: Horizon Room, Career Center

Event Type: Workshop

Presenter: Roxanne Farkas and Lee Desser, Career Coaches in UC San Diego Career Center

Did you know that, according to Gallup research, only about 34% of employees are engaged at work, resulting in countless hours of lost productivity? We can do better. Gallup research finds that people who use their CliftonStrengths are more engaged and productive at work and 3x more likely than others to have an excellent quality of life. Research also shows that nearly 7 in 10 employees who say their manager focuses on their strengths are engaged.

This session will focus on the CliftonStrengths assessment and powerful coaching techniques to enhance employee performance and boost individual and team morale. Please note: you do not need to take the assessment in order to attend this session.

This workshop will be facilitated by Roxanne Farkas, Strengths certified Career Coach for the UC San Diego Career Center, and Lee Desser, Career Coach for the UC San Diego Career Center working on her Strengths certification.

"There is no more effective way to empower people than to see each person in terms of his or her strengths." DON CLIFTON- Father of Strengths Psychology and Inventor of CliftonStrengths

Hope to see you there!
